Abstract:

The paper examines the key moments of the genesis of the national monetary system: its successful operation and current crisis. It analyzes the outcomes of the ruble devaluation and effects of raising refinancing rate. The author substantiates the need to solve such problems as ruble revaluation; providing economic and social sectors with «liquid assets», overcoming the crisis and ensuring sustainable economic growth and development.

Рассматриваются ключевые моменты генезиса отечественной денежной системы, ее успешного функционирования и нынешнего кризиса. Анализируются последствия девальвации рубля и повышения ставки рефинансирования. Обосновывается необходимость решения задач ревальвации рубля, обеспечения экономики и социальной сферы длинными деньгами, выхода из кризиса, экономического роста и развития.
