Abstract:

An approach to the organization of the strategic management of the Russian rocket and space industry (hereinafter RSI) is suggested.The scope of research includes problem aspects of the RSI functioning as well as the specifi of the system organization of methods for strategic management of the RSI enterprises.The objective of research is to suggest an approach to improve the RSI enterprise management in the current environment taking into account the implementation specifics of strategic management methods.It is shown that the approach suggested can based on a mental model of network-centric data switching according to the «each with each other» principle with the Situation Centre used as a network system integrator of the space-planetary infrastructure.

Статья посвящена рассмотрению подхода к организации стратегического управления российской ракетно-космической промышленностью (далее - РКП).Тематика исследований охватывает как проблемные аспекты функционирования РКП, так и особенности системной организации методов стратегического управления предприятиями РКП.Цель работы - предложить подход к совершенствованию управления предприятиями РКП в современных условиях, основанный на учете особенностей реализации методов стратегического управления.В работе показано, что основой такого подхода может стать ментальная модель сетецентрической коммутации информации по принципу«каждый с каждым», а в качестве системного сетевого интегратора космопланетарной инфраструктуры - Ситуационный центр.
