Abstract:

The paper analyzes the specifics of risk minimization in the advance financing of a gold mining company by a bank. The purpose of the work was to identify the main problems arising from the advancing of funds for a gold mining company.The paper describes parties involved in an advance transaction, reveals the role of each of them and makes a conclusion about the specifics of a gold mining company that determine the nature of its risks and the need for special measures tominimize the risks of advancing gold mining companies, some of which are shown in the paper. The conclusion is that the creditor bank should request the gold miner to provide a letter of recommendation from the local administration or the regional association of miners or the Russian Gold Prospectors’ Union or the Russian Gold Producers’ Union, which will allow the bank to define the uniqueness of the gold miner and develop its own measures to minimize the risks.

Статья посвящена специфике минимизации рисков при авансировании банком золотодобывающего предприятия. Предмет исследования - риски, возникающие при авансировании банком золотодобывающего предприятия. Цель работы - выявить основные проблемы золотодобывающего предприятия и определить меры минимизации рисков, возникающих при авансировании банком золотодобывающего предприятия.В работе рассмотрены субъекты сделки авансирования банком золотодобывающего предприятия, выявлена роль каждого из них и сделан вывод о существенной специфике деятельности золотодобывающего предприятия, что определяет характер его рисков и необходимость разработки специальных мер, направленных на минимизацию рисков авансирования золотодобывающего предприятия.Сделан вывод о том, что банку-кредитору целесообразно запрашивать у золотодобытчика рекомендательное письмо от местной администрации или региональной ассоциации старателей, Союза старателей России, Союза золотопромышленников, что позволит банку определить индивидуальную уникальность золотодобытчика и разработать свои меры, направленные на минимизацию рисков.
