Abstract:

The paper focuses on the quantitative and qualitative parameters of the innovation process in Russia at the current globalization stage. The economic globalization is manifested, among other things, by the aggravation of the technological competition between countries. To a great extent it is due to the fact that the world leadership nowadays is largely determined by the ownership and the development level of breakthrough technologies in advanced techno-economic paradigms. The purpose of research was to identify the main problems and trends in the development of the innovation process in Russia taking into account the laws of the global technological development and country-specific targets of the structural modernization of the economy. It is proved that the identification of the components of the innovation process in Russia in the globalization environment along with the changes in its structure and dynamics will improve the manageability and efficiency of the innovative activity in the country.

Статья посвящена количественным и качественным параметрам инновационного процесса в России в условиях современного этапа глобализации. Одной из форм проявления экономической глобализации является обострение технологической конкуренции между странами. Это объясняется тем, что мировое лидерство на современном этапе развития во многом определяется обладанием и уровнем развития прорывных технологий прогрессивных технологических укладов.Цель работы - выявить основные проблемы и направления развития инновационного процесса в России с учетом закономерностей мирового технологического развития и особенностей специфических задач страны по структурной модернизации экономики.Обосновывается, что идентификация компонентов инновационного процесса в России в условиях глобализации, выявление происходящих изменений в его структуре и динамике будет способствовать повышению управляемости и результативности инновационной деятельности в стране.
