Abstract:

The purpose of the paper is the analysis of de-offshorization problems and ways to ensuring the investment attractiveness of the Russian economy. The subject of research is a complex of scientific and practical provisions that reveal the principal areas of business activities in the modern environment. It is concluded that to ensure the economic interests of the Russian Federation it may be appropriate to facilitate the de-offshorization process and make use of the foreign experience in the financing of development programs. The cooperation of institutional investors, their support by the government, the efficient use of financing tools, harmonization of monetary, credit and financial relations contribute to the de-offshorization of the economy and strengthening the role and place of the Russian Federation in the global economy.

Цель статьи - анализ проблем деофшоризации и способов обеспечения инвестиционной привлекательности российской экономики. Предмет исследования - комплекс научно-практических положений, раскрывающих основные направления деятельности субъектов хозяйствования в современных условиях. Делается вывод о том, что для обеспечения экономических интересов Российской Федерации представляется целесообразным способствовать процессу деофшоризации, направленному на использование мирового опыта финансирования программ развития. Взаимодействие институциональных инвесторов, их государственная поддержка, эффективное использование инструментов финансирования, гармонизация валютных, кредитных и финансовых отношений способствуют деофшоризации экономики и укреплению роли и места Российской Федерации в мировой экономике.
