Abstract:

The paper deals with the basic tools of monetary regulation of the innovation and investment activities in the Russian economy. The subject of the study is the analysis of modern monetary regulation tools aimed at boosting the economic growth and the investment activity. The purpose of the study was to identify the main problems hindering the transition to the inflation targeting and innovative development of the economy and analyze the current monetary regulation trends. The paper examines the specifics of the inflation targeting and interest rate regulation as the main tools to promote the investment activities in innovative high-tech sectors of the real economy. Tools for implementation of the monetary policy to stimulate the investment activity in the sphere of innovations are proposed.

В статье рассматриваются основные инструменты денежно-кредитного регулирования инновационной и инвестиционной деятельности в российской экономике. Предметом статьи является анализ современных инструментов денежно-кредитного регулирования, нацеленных на стимулирование экономического роста и инвестиционной активности. Целью исследования выступает выявление основных проблем, препятствующих переходу к таргетированию инфляции и инновационному развитию экономики и анализ направлений денежно-кредитного регулирования. В работе исследуются особенности инфляционного таргетирования и регулирования процентных ставок как основных инструментов, стимулирующих инвестиционную деятельность в инновационных высокотехнологичных отраслях реального сектора экономики. Предлагаются инструменты реализации денежно-кредитной политики, стимулирующие инвестиционную активность в инновационной сфере.
