Abstract:

The paper assesses the effectiveness of the cooperation between development institutions and small businesses in the modern national economy. The purpose of the research was to analyze the positive experience gained in the Russian regions. It was concluded that establishment of well-functioning development institutions can transform a previously subsidized region into a prosperous area, attract investors and the big business to form eventually small businesses involved in the supply of parts and components for large companies and create new jobs. It is proved that a clever strategy of cooperation between development institutions and businessmen leads to a multiplication effect demonstrating the dependence of future returns on production investments coming to the budget in the form of taxes as well as on investments into the creation of the infrastructure for the favorable business performance.

Статья посвящена анализу эффективности взаимодействия институтов развития и сферы малого бизнеса в современной отечественной экономике. Цели работы - оценка эффективности взаимодействия институтов развития и малого бизнеса, анализ имеющегося положительного опыта в регионах Российской Федерации. Сделан вывод о том, что создание эффективно функционирующих институтов развития способно превратить ранее дотационный регион в преуспевающую область, привлечь инвесторов и крупный бизнес с тем, чтобы со временем сформировать сферу малого бизнеса, занимающегося поставками комплектующих деталей и компонентов для крупных фирм, образовать новые рабочие места. В статье доказывается положение о том, что грамотно выстроенная стратегия взаимодействия институтов развития и предпринимательства может вызвать мультипликационный эффект, демонстрирующий зависимость будущей отдачи от произведенных вложений, поступающих в бюджет в виде налогов, от вложенных средств в создание объектов инфраструктуры для благоприятного функционирования бизнеса.
