Abstract:

The subject of the study is the analysis of the key directions the Russian single state monetary policy for the period of 2017-2019. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the most important aspects of the current Russian monetary policy aiming to achieve the development priorities declared by the Bank of Russia. Proposals were made on how to improve individual tools of the monetary regulation. It is concluded that the problems of the economy monetization along with the role of the Bank of Russia in increasing the level of the Russian economy monetization need to be reflected in the guidelines of the monetary policy defining the overall development of the monetary sphere. Application. The results of the evaluation are suggested for use by the RF State Duma Committee on Financial Markets, the Bank of Russia, the Russian Government.

Предметом рассмотрения статьи является анализ основных направлений единой государственной денежно-кредитной политики Российской Федерации на период 2017-2019 гг. Цель статьи - оценить наиболее важные аспекты современной денежно-кредитной политики России по достижению заявленных Банком России приоритетных целей его развития. Вносятся предложения по улучшению отдельных инструментов денежно-кредитного регулирования. Сделан выход о необходимости отражения в основных направлениях денежно-кредитной политики, определяющих в целом развитие монетарной сферы, проблем монетизации экономики, а также роли Банка России в повышении уровня монетизации российской экономики. Область применения результатов проведенной оценки - Комитет по финансовым рынкам Государственной Думы Российской Федерации, Банк России, Правительство РФ.
