Abstract:

Raising investments is a prerequisite for ensuring sustainable social and economic development of russia. The subject of the study is the financial and economic relations that arise in the process of attracting direct foreign investments (dfi). The purpose of the study was to analyze their influence on the social and economic development of the russian regions based on the analysis of regional and sectoral tendencies of raising dfi using the tools of regional and sectoral externalities. The factors that have a decisive impact on attracting dfi to the russian economy are classified. It is determined that regional externalities are not conducive to sustainable social and economic development of the regions. The sectoral makeup of foreign investments was investigated, based on which the sectoral externalities of the horizontal and vertical nature were highlighted. It is concluded that the sectoral externalities are manifested to the fullest extent within three to five years after dfi raising.

Привлечение инвестиций выступает необходимым условием обеспечения устойчивого социально-экономического развития россии. Предмет исследования - финансово-экономические отношения, возникающие в процессе привлечения прямых иностранных инвестиций (пии). Цель работы - на основе анализа региональных и отраслевых тенденций привлечения пии исследовать их влияние на социально-экономическое развитие регионов россии с использованием инструментария региональных и отраслевых внешних эффектов. Систематизированы факторы, оказывающие решающее воздействие на привлечение пии в экономику россии. Определено, что региональные внешние эффекты не благоприятствуют устойчивому социально-экономическому развитию регионов. Исследована отраслевая структура иностранного инвестирования, на основе которой выделены отраслевые внешние эффекты горизонтального и вертикального характера. Сделан вывод о том, что отраслевые эффекты наиболее полно проявляются в течение трех - пяти лет после привлечения пии.
