Abstract:

Elimination of the income inequality of territories and population within the world community is an objective set in the UN Program for Sustainable Development. The paper concludes that the neoliberal model of the world economy development and monopolarity that gained a fresh impetus under the Washington Consensus (1992) will never lead to socialization of national economies including the poorest and poor countries. The social disproportionality in the world tends to grow; the level of disproportionality of incomes will increase; and social justice will deteriorate thereby increasing the non-sustainability of the world community development.

Ликвидация неравномерности доходов территорий и граждан в рамках мирового сообщества - это задача, поставленная в рамках Программы ООН целей устойчивого развития. В статье делается вывод, что в рамках неолиберальной модели развития мировой экономики и монополярности, получившей импульс поступательности в рамках Вашингтонского консенсуса (1992 г.), не произойдет социализации национальных экономик стран мира, в том числе беднейших и бедных стран. Социальная диспропорциональность в мире будет повышаться, уровень диспропорциональности доходов расти, а социальная справедливость снижаться, повышая тем самым неустойчивость развития мирового сообщества.
