Abstract: Рассмотрены методические вопросы моделирования внешней среды интегрированных угольных компаний на глобальном, страновом и региональном уровнях для прогнозирования основных результатов деятельности компании и оптимизации ее стратегии. Рассмотрена структура вертикально интегрированной Кузбасской топливной компании и предложена структура модельного комплекса, приведены некоторые результаты расчетов. The paper considers methodical issues of modeling the external environment for integrated coal producing companies at the global, national and regional levels for the purpose of forecasting the basic output of their activity and optimization of their strategies. We analyze a structure of the vertically integrated Kuzbass Fuel Company; offer a structure of the model complex; and present some calculations made.
