Abstract: Одной из основных причин, сдерживающих развитие аутсорсинга ИТ-услуг, является недостаточная распространенность качественных методик для оценки эффективности аутсорсинговых контрактов. В работе сделана попытка дать описание модели, которая позволит осуществить полноценную оценку экономического эффекта от аутсорсинговых контрактов. В приведенной модели дается оценка выгод и затрат по контракту и для поставщик услуг и для заказчика. Описанная модель позволяет учесть значительную часть аспектов и специфику аутсорсинговых контрактов. One of the principal causes constraining development of outsourcing of IT Services is insufficient prevalence of qualitative techniques for an efficiency estimation outsourcing contracts. In the given work attempt to give the description of model which will allow to carry out a high-grade estimation of economic benefit from outsourcing contracts is made. In the resulted model the estimation of benefits and expenses under the contract both for the service provider and for the customer is given. The described model allows considering a huge part of aspects and specificity outsourcing contracts.
