Abstract: В статье структурированы существующие подходы к оценке эффективности диверсификации деятельности для хозяйствующего субъекта, выявлены их принципиальные недостатки. Разработаны методические указания по обоснованному переходу организации к диверсификационном изменениям, основывающиеся на комплексной оценке. In article existing approaches to the efficiency of diversification activity estimation aimed at economic unity are structured and their basic shortcomings are revealed. Methodological instructions on well-founded transition of the organization to the diversification changes, based on a complex estimation are developed.
