Abstract: Договорная политика на практике представляет собой инструмент выбора условий хозяйственных договоров для обеспечения оптимального результата при управлении финансово-хозяйственной деятельностью организации. В основу этой политики положена возможность оформления сделок на основании требований законодательства для создания максимально благоприятных условий для организации. В данной статье рассматриваются проблемы оптимального составления договорной политики для целей управленческого учета готовой продукции. Сontractual policy into practice is a tool for choosing the conditions of commercial contracts to ensure optimal results in the management of financial and economic activities of the organization. The basis of preparation of this policy laid to arrange deals under the requirements of legislation to create the most favorable conditions for the organization. This article addresses the problem of optimal contractual drafting policies for the administrative calculation of finished products.
