Abstract: В статье рассматриваются проблемы составления годового отчета в сфере индустрии гостеприимства. Данный отчет является основным для большинства гостиниц, но многие обходятся только содержательной стороной, забывая о том, что годовой отчет призван подчеркивать солидность и надежность компании. Значительная роль в успешном развитии компании ложится на годовой отчет, так как он является не только набором стандартных данных, но и ключевым инструментом маркетинга. In article problems of drawing up of the annual report in sphere of the industry of hospitality are considered. The given account is the core for the majority of hotels, but many manage only the substantial party, forgetting about that that the annual report urged to underline solidity and reliability of the company. The considerable role in successful development of the enterprise lays down on the annual report as it is not only a set of the standard data, but also the key tool of marketing.
