Экономика окружающей среды: 10 лет бурного развития предметной области. «Environmental economics»: the decade of rapid development of the subject field

Abstract: В электронной библиографии EconLit в 1999 г. зафиксировано две публикации, которые относились к новой области экономических исследований Q5 Экономика окружающей среды. Но настоящее рождение этой области следует отнести к 2000 г., когда зафиксировано уже 49 публикаций всех видов. В предлагаемой статье на основе данных EconLit проводится анализ бурного развития этой важной области исследований за период 2000–2009 гг. с точки зрения динамики и структуры публикаций, взаимосвязи микрообластей этой мезообласти как между собой, так и с другими микрообластями экономических исследований. Выделены наиболее значимые термины. Особое внимание уделено возникновению новых направлений исследований на «пересечениях» разных предметных областей. Дан содержательный обзор полных текстов большинства публикаций в рассматриваемой области, доступных на сайтах организаций NBER и FEEM. There were only two publications in the American Economic Association’s electronic bibliography, EconLit, that have the codes of the new subject with the code Q5 and the name «Environmental Economics». The real birth day of this subject field should be attributed to 2000, when EconLit fixed 49 publications of all kinds. In this article based on data from EconLit we analyze the rapid development of this important field of economic research for the period 2000-2009 years from the point of view of dynamics and structure of publications, the relationship between the micro fields inside the «Environmental Economics» and with other micro fields of economic research. We select the most significant categories of the corresponding micro fields. Particular attention is paid to the emergence of new research directions in the «intersections» of different domains. We present the brief review of the full texts of publications, which belongs to the «Environmental Economics», which are available on the websites of organizations the NBER and the FEEM.
