Abstract: Процесс инициации, разработки и принятия управленческих решений уникален в каждой отдельно взятой фирме. Однако можно выделить общие черты, характерные для предприятий одной страны, одной отраслевой принадлежности и т. д. На выбор механизма принятия управленческих решений влияет множество факторов: модель управления, менталитет сотрудников фирмы, стиль руководства, специфика производства и др. Подробное их изучение позволит организовать эффективное управление на различных предприятиях. The process of initiation, development and management decision-making is unique to each individual firm. However, you can identify common traits characteristic of the enterprises of one country, one industry sector, etc. The choice of mechanism for decision-making is influenced by many factors: the model of management, the mentality of our employees, leadership style, the specificity of production, etc. A detailed study of it will organize effective management of various enterprises.
