Abstract: Происходящие в экономике России изменения определяют необходимость перехода отраслей и предприятий на путь инновационного развития. Создание предпосылок для конкуренции на мировых рынках во многом зависит от опережающего инвестирования не столько производства традиционных товаров и услуг, сколько инноваций. В отношении корпораций это означает, что модернизация выступает в качестве основного императива инновационного развития. Следовательно, отечественные корпорации должны соответствовать передовой модели современной корпорации, способной аккумулировать ресурсы и компетенции для осуществления инноваций Russia occurring in economy changes define necessity of transition of branches and the enterprises on a way of innovative development. Creation of preconditions for a competition in the world markets in many respects depends on advancing investment not so much manufacture of the traditional goods and services, how many innovations. Concerning corporations it means that modernization represents itself as the basic imperative of innovative development. Domestic corporations should correspond to the advanced model of the modern corporation, capable to accumulate resources and the competence for realization of innovations.
