Abstract: В статье рассматривается роль и деятельность транснациональных корпораций в современных условиях. Место транснациональных корпораций определяется процессами их развития (слияния, поглощения), а также участием в движении прямых иностранных инвестиций. Here is examined the role and activity of transnational corporations in modern conditions. The place of transnational corporations is determined by process of its development (mergers and acquisitions) and by participation in direct investment overflow.
