Abstract: В информационном обществе изменяется мотивация творческого типа работника. Стимулирование и нормирование труда при помощи свободного времени приобретает особое значение. В работе рассмотрена и проанализирована идея «урочной оплаты труда» в условиях «эластичного рабочего дня». The motivation of innovative-thinking workers is changing in information society. Spare time dominates the processes of stimulation and regulation of labor. The given work analyzes the idea of «fixed payment» in terms of «elastic working hours».
