Abstract: В статье рассматриваются проблемы формирования структуры управления научно-инновационной деятельностью вуза. Для обеспечения эффективности системы менеджмента научно-инновационной деятельности могут потребоваться организационные преобразования, т. е. создание специальных инновационных структур в вузе, а также определение связей между традиционными и новыми структурными подразделениями, участвующими в создании инновационных продуктов. Масштаб преобразований зависит от уже существующей структуры управления, а также от того, какую часть занимает инновационная составляющая в общей стратегии развития вуза. In article deals with problems of formation of structure of management are considered by innovative activity. For maintenance of a system effectiveness of management of scientifically-innovative activity organizational transformations, i. e. creation of special innovative structures to high school, and also definition of communications between the traditional and new structural divisions participating in creation of innovative products can be demanded. The scale of transformations will depend on already existing structure of management, and also from what part will be made by an innovative component in the general strategy of development of high school.
