Abstract: В статье представлен обзор методов анализа эффективности интеграционных сделок с описанием их недостатков и преимуществ. Приводится интегрирование методов event study и анализа финансовых показателей в основу регрессионной модели с использованием фиктивных переменных. Предложен подход анализа эффективности сделки M&A с позиции поглощаемой компании с точки зрения достижения поставленных целей. Предлагаемый подход может быть использован специалистами в области корпоративных финансов для более качественного и углубленного изучения процессов интеграций компаний. This paper introduces overview of methods for analyzing the effectiveness of integration deals with a description of their advantages and disadvantages. The research adduces an integrating of event study method and method of analyzing financial statements into the basis of a regression model using dummy variables. As the result, the study proposes an approach to the analysis of the effectiveness of M&A transactions for target-company in terms of achieving its goals. The proposed approach is universal and could be implemented by experts in the field of corporate finance for higher quality and in-depth study of the integration processes of companies.
