Abstract: В статье рассмотрены основные формы размещения государственного заказа, а также проанализирован регламентирующий государственные закупки закон (№ 94-ФЗ). Представлена динамика и экономический эффект государственных закупок в период до и после принятия ФЗ № 94 и рассмотрены основные нарушения данного закона. Особое внимание уделено механизму «прописания» тендеров. На основе исследования были выявлены ключевые проблемы в законодательстве, а также предложены основные пути их решения в рамках совершенствования ФЗ № 94.In article are considered the basic forms of placing of the state order, and analyzed the law regulating this order (Federation Law № 94). Dynamics and economic benefit of the state order is presented in the period after and before acceptance FL № 94 and are described the common infringements of this law. In research important problems in the legislation have been revealed, the basic decisions of the these problems are offered.
