Дойла о том, что необходимо «думать, прежде чем вкладывать деньги, и не забывать думать, когда уже вложил их». Следующие указанному принципу инвесторы, собственники и кредиторы стремятся обезопасить свои имущественные интересы от влияния предпринимательских рисков. Для этого они стремятся лучше узнать бизнес, в котором будут использованы их средства. В рамках статьи представлены рекомендации по оценке деятельности коммерческого банка со стороны указанных заинтересованных лиц. Most of fund owners are familiar with. Doyle quotation «one should consider before investing and keep considering after he has invested». Investors, owners and lenders try to secure their own investments from business risk following this recommendation. They try to research the business area they are going to invest. The article contains recommendations for rating of activity of the commercial bank by the interested parties.
