Abstract: В статье приводится межрегиональная оценка долгосрочного прогноза экономики района с помощью динамического варианта межотраслевой модели в 53 отрасли и 19 районов. Инструмент обеспечивает сбалансированность прогнозов по территориям субъектов Сибирского ФО и остальных федеральных округов. Основным объектом служит хозяйство Иркутской области. Особенностью и вместе с тем качественным продвижением содержания работы межотраслевой направленности является рассмотрение экономики района в виде реально предлагаемых бизнесом проектов, привязанным к конкретной географической местности. The paper gives the interregional estimate of the long-term forecast of a regional economy with the use of the dynamic version of an input-output model in the cut of 53 sectors and 19 regions. The model provides for balanced forecasts for Siberian Federal District on the level of subjects of Russian Federation, and for the rest of the national territory – on the level of federal districts. The economy of Irkutsk oblast is the basic subject of the study. The particular feature of the paper is considering the regional economy as a set of real business projects attached to specific geographic locations.
