Abstract: Рассматриваются проблемы модернизации сектора в РФ в условиях постсоветской экономики, отраслевые особенности организации финансов при переходе на инновационное развитие и меры, предпринимаемые государством в целях стимулирования этого развития. Federal state education institution of higher professional education Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. The article considers the problems of modernization of the sector in terms of post soviet economy, industry characteristics of organization of finance while transiting into innovational development and measures to be taken by the government to inspire this development.
