Abstract: В данной статье представлена методика расчета интегрального индикатора на базе балансово-оптимизационной модели муниципального образования. Данный индикатор призван отражать динамику основных показателей социально-экономической жизни населения муниципального образования, характеризуя эффективность и своевременность внедрения тех или иных социально-значимых проектов. Его использование в качестве функционала в оптимизационной задачи позволяет рассчитать оптимальный набор управляющих воздействий для достижения муниципальным образованием заданных значений целевых показателей в долгосрочной перспективе. This article presents a methodology of calculation of the integral indicator based on balance-optimization model of the municipality. This indicator is intended to reflect the dynamics of the main indicators of socio-economic life of the population of the municipality, describing the efficiency and timeliness of implementation of various social projects. Using it as a functional in optimization problem allows to calculate the optimal set of control actions to achieve the municipality given the target values in the long term.
