Abstract: В статье обсуждаются вопросы применения формальных процедур и методов экономико-математического анализа при разработке Стратегии развития территорий. Для каждой стадии подготовки документа формулируются основные задачи и предлагается система методов, позволяющих их решить. The article discusses usage of formal procedures and mathematical methods of economic analysis in the creating Strategy of territorial development. For every stage of preparing the document main tasks and corresponding system of the methods are formulated.
