Abstract: Показана целесообразность применения режима соглашений о разделе продукции (СРП) при реализации проектов в нефтяной промышленности. Предложен подход к выбору условий осуществления нефтяных проектов. Представлены оценки условий СРП.The article discusses the possibilities of application of Production Sharing Agreements (PSA) in oil industry in Russia. Algorithm of estimation of conditions of oil projects realization proposed. Evaluations of PSA’ conditions are presented.
