Abstract: В статье анализируется необходимость, экономические предпосылки и эффективность налогового регулирования экономик регионов. Сравниваются индексы налогового потенциала и коэффициенты эластичности налогов по регионам. Определяются критерии и индикаторы эффективности налогового регулирования для оценки влияния изменений в системе налогообложения на экономику региона. The article deals with necessity of tax regulation the economy of regions, its economic preconditions and consequences. Indexes of tax potential and factors of elasticity of taxes in regions are compared. Criteria and indicators efficiency of tax regulation are defined for an estimation of changes influence in the taxation region’s economy.
