Abstract: Статья посвящена проблемам развития рынка ценных бумаг в странах с переходной экономикой. В статье проведено исследование основных показателей рынка ценных бумаг в странах с переходной экономикой, проведен сравнительный анализ показателей рынка ценных бумаг в странах с переходной экономикой и странах с развитым рынком, выявлены основные проблемы и предложены пути развития рынка ценных бумаг в странах с переходной экономикой. The article is devoted to the problems of the securities market development in the countries with transition economy. The article studies the main indicators of the securities market in the countries with transition economy. Comparative analysis of the securities market performance in the countries with transition economy and developed markets is made, identifying key issues and suggesting ways for the securities market development in countries with transition economy.
