Abstract: В статье рассматриваются сущность и содержание понятия «холдинг». Выбранная проблематика является насущной, поскольку в настоящее время отсутствует однозначное понимание данной категории. На основе анализа нормативно-правовой базы, мнений различных авторов и сложившейся практики формулируются рекомендации по юридическому закреплению рассматриваемого образования и определения, максимально отвечающие требованиям времени.This article deals with the nature and content of the «holding». Selected problem is actual, because there is no correct understanding of this category at the present time. Based on analysis of the regulatory framework, the views of different authors and practices are formulated the recommendations to create a legal foundation and the definitions to meet the requirements of time.
