Abstract: В данной статье анализируются причины двойственности прав на имущество организации с позиций теории прав собственности. К раскрытию сущности фирмы как механизма управления коллективной собственностью применяется методология контрактного подхода. Раскрываются основы реализации коллективной собственности во внутрифирменных контрактах, значение принципа холизма во внутрифирменных отношениях.In given clause the reasons of a duality of the rights to property of the organization from positions of the theory of the property rights are analyzed. To disclosing essence of firm as mechanism of management the collective property applies methodology of the contract approach. Bases of realization of the collective property in intrafirm contracts, value of a principle of the account of the general interests in intrafirm attitudes reveal.
