Abstract: Рассматриваются современное состояние электронной биржевой торговли зерном в Казахстане. Выявлены проблемы электронной торговли, ее преимущества и недостатки в условиях Северо-Казахстанской области. Разработана схема взаимодействия участников электронных торгов и модель агропромышленного кластера. Рассчитана эффективность реализации зерна через электронную товарную биржу и ее влияние на размер трансакционных издержек предприятий зернового подкомплекса. In this article modern condition of electronic stock of grain trade in Kazakhstan is regarded. Problems of electronic trade, its advantages and disadvantages in the conditions of North Kazakhstan region are shown. The scheme of interaction of participants of electronic commerce and model of agro and industrial cluster was worked out. The effectiveness of grain realization by electronic stock and its influence to size of transaction expenses of grain subcomplex enterprises was calculated.
