Abstract: В работе рассматривается методологический подход к построению механизмов формирования и взаимодействия предприятий в промышленных альянсах, в основе образования которых лежит экономический интерес предприятий.Paper deals with mechanisms of enterprises formation and development under industrial alliances. Formation is motivated by economic interest of the firm. Methodological approach is discussed.
