Abstract: Автором проанализированы особенности становления и последующего развития интегрированных национальных компаний ведущих нефтяных стран мира. В статье аргументировано положение о том, что с развитием вертикально-интегрированных компаний нефтегазовый комплекс республики обретет необходимую устойчивость и сможет стать не только ведущей, но и наукоемкой отраслью отечественной экономики. The author has analyzed the peculiarities of establishment and further development of integrated national companies of the leading oil countries of the world. A statement was reasoned in the article that with the development of verticallyintegrated companies oil and gas complex of the Republic will have necessary stability and can become not only leading, but also science intensive area of domestic economy.
