Abstract: В данной статье рассматриваются взгляды экономистов-исследователей на раскрытие понятия фирмы, её внутреннего содержания, функции и значение фигуры центрального агента во внутрифирменных отношениях, виды контрактов в сети контрактов фирмы и их значение для спецификации прав собственности на микроуровне. Анализируются составляющие процесса спецификации прав собственности применительно к микросреде организации.In given clause sights of economists-researchers at disclosing of concept of firm, its internal maintenance, function and value of a figure of the central agent in intrafirm attitudes, kinds of contracts in networks of contracts of firm and their value for the specification of the property rights at a microlevel are considered. Components of process of the specification of the property rights with reference to a microhabitat of the organization are analyzed.
