Abstract: Предлагается использование задач оптимизации ресурсно-календарного планирования для стратегического управления сложными мегапроектами освоения нефтегазодобывающих районов. Новизна состоит в разработке точного полиномиального алгоритма построения расписания выполнения мегапроекта в условиях ограниченности и складируемости ресурсов. Обоснована оптимальность полученного решения для дополнительного критерия минимума интегральных дисконтированных затрат мегапроекта. Обсуждаются направления использования сетевых моделей в стратегическом управлении межотраслевыми мегапроектами. Expected to optimize use of resources for planning the strategic management of complex megaprojects of oil and gas exploration areas. The novelty consists in the development of the exact polynomial algorithm for constructing the megaproject scheduling with limited resources of accumulative type. Finding the solution is consistent with the additional criterion of minimizing the total discounted costs of mega-project. We discuss the use of network models in strategic management of multi-disciplinary mega-projects.
