Abstract: В статье рассматриваются проблемы экономического развития регионов республики, конкурентные преимущество республики по сравнению с соседними регионами и три основных сценарии экономического развития республики. При рациональном использовании показанных ресурсов в данной работе, страна может стать одним из главных экспортеров энергии в регионе. The article deals with problems of economic development regions of the country, the competitive advantage of the republic, compared with neighboring regions and the three main scenarios of economic development. When the rational use of resources shown in this paper, the country could become one of the major exporters of energy in the region.
