Abstract: В статье предложена модификация модели экономического роста Узавы-Лукаса. В модель добавлены природные ресурсы как фактор производства. Рассмотрены необходимые и достаточные условия оптимального развития в рамках данной модели. Были определены в общем виде темпы прироста основных макроэкономических показателей на траектории сбалансированного роста. This article offers a modification of the Uzawa – Lucas growth model. The model includes natural resources as a factor of production. The necessary and sufficient optimal growth conditions for this model were considered. Growth rates of the main macroeconomic indicators along balanced growth path were derived.
