Abstract: В статье рассматривается алгоритм формирования стратегии устойчивого развития промышленного предприятия с учетом трех факторов: миссия, внешняя среда и внутренняя среда. Стратегия формируется только через внутреннею среду, но при этом в процессе участвуют и две другие составляющие: миссия и внешняя среда. Таким образом, алгоритм позволяет за счет одной петли обратной связи отрабатывать все три фактора. In the article the algorithm of forming of strategy of steady development of industrial enterprise is examined taking into account three factors: mission external environment and internal environment. Strategy to form only through internal environment, but here in a process two other constituents participate: mission and external environment. Thus an algorithm allows due to one loop of feed-back to work off all three factors
