Abstract: В статье изложен подход к оценке рисков в угольном бизнесе. Предложена их классификация. На примере Кузбасской топливной компании даны оценки рисков и показаны механизмы их преодоления. Предложены некоторые новые направления снижения рисков.An approach to risk assessment in the coal business describes in the article. A classification of business risks is presented. Case of Kuzbass Fuel Company is risks assessment and shows the mechanisms to overcome them. Some new directions for risk reduction are presented.
