Abstract: В статье оценены различия частных показателей и комплексных количественных оценок уровня жизни в городах различного размера и статуса, полученных на основе предложенной методики. Исследование динамики полученных количественных оценок уровня жизни показало нарастающую поляризацию уровня жизни в городах с усилением концентрации на полюсах. Исследована роль размера города, его административного статуса, а также внутрирегиональной урбанистической структуры в динамике степени неравенства уровня жизни горожан.The paper evaluated the differences of particular indicators and comprehensive quantitative assessments of standards of living in cities of different size and status made on the basis of the proposed technique. Investigation of dynamics of obtained quantitative estimates of the standard of living showed the increasing polarization of the standard of living in cities with increasing concentration on the poles. The role of the size of the city, its administrative status, as well as intraregional urban structure in the dynamics of inequality of living standards of citizens was studied.
