Abstract: В статье рассматриваются основные проблемы, возникающие при оценке инновационных проектов в сфере информационных технологий (ИТ). В результате анализа проектов, выявлены основные риски, присущие ИТ инновационным проектам, описан процесс обнаружения рисков в ИТ проектах; предложены рекомендации, для уменьшения влияния рисков на инновационные проекты, предложена схема управления рисками инновационных проектов в сфере ИТ, выработаны рекомендации для уменьшения влияния рисков на инновационный проект. The article deals with the core problem of the evaluation of innovative projects in the IT sector, identifies the main features that should be considered for effective risk management in IT projects. An analysis of innovative projects in the field of IT, identified the main risks inherent in IT innovation projects and shows the detection of risks in IT projects, the scheme of evaluation of innovative projects in the field of IT.
