Abstract: Технически передовые страны в мире смогли достичь высокого уровня развития пятого технологического уклада только благодаря непосредственному участию и реальным мерам поддержки со стороны государства именно в развитии машиностроительных производств. Для России уровень развития машиностроительного производства за последние двадцать лет катастрофически упал. Стоит вопрос о возможности участия отрасли в дальнейшем развитии экономики РФ, создании условий для модернизации ее производственного аппарата и перехода на инновационный путь развития. Technically advanced countries in the world have been able to achieve a high level of development of the fifth technological structure only through the direct participation and real measures of state support is in the development of machine-building industries. For Russia, the level of development of production engineering for the last twenty years has declined drastically. There is a question about the possibility of the participation of the industry in the future development of the Russian economy, the creation of conditions for the modernization of its production facilities and the transition to innovative development.
