Abstract: В статье рассматриваются проблемы ценообразования в электроэнергетике, анализируются нормативные и законодательные материалы. На основе анализа существующих подходов к ценообразованию в электроэнергетике обсуждается вопрос о возможностях корректного расчета тарифов на электроэнергию для населения. Приведен расчет предельных стоимостей 1 кВт/часа электроэнергии по регионам и способам тарификации, и сами тарифы по регионам. Предлагается экономико-математическая модель оптимизации тарифа. Приводятся результаты экспериментальных расчетов. This article discusses the problems of pricing in the electricity industry, analyzes the regulatory and legislative materials . Based on an analysis of existing approaches to pricing in the electricity debate about the possibilities of a correct calculation of tariffs for electricity for the population. The calculation of the marginal cost of 1 kW/hour of electricity by region and ways of charging fees for themselves and the region . It is proposed economic-mathematical model of optimization rate.
