Abstract: Целями исследования являются разработка математического описания бюджетного блока динамической межотраслевой модели (ДММ) экономики Республики Бурятия (РБ), а также подготовка основных элементов информационного обеспечения этого блока. Включение бюджетного блока в ДММ РБ позволяет увязать в рамках модели динамику производства, доходов и расходов бюджета республики, открывает возможности повышения обоснованности бюджетных прогнозов. В соответствии с поставленными целями в работе дано математическое описание бюджетного блока ДММ РБ, на основе отчетных данных определены нормативы формирования основных элементов дохода республиканского бюджета, рассмотрены проблемы формирования доходной части бюджета республики, а также кратко охарактеризованы основные перспективные источники его дополнительных доходов. The objectives of the study are the development of a mathematical description of the budget block of the DIOM (dynamic input-output model) of the economy of the RB (Republic of Buryatia), as well as the preparation of the basic elements of information support for this block. The inclusion of the budget block in the DIOM RB allows linking the dynamics of production, incomes and expenditures of the budget of the republic within the framework of the model, opens the possibility of increasing the validity of budget forecasts. The paper describes the problems of forming the revenue side of the budget of the Republic of Buryatia and briefly characterizes the main prospective sources of additional revenues of the republican budget.
