Abstract:
The impact of globalization on the labor market is at critical stages for all countries. We are witnessing a massive immigration of skilled labor from one country to another. Some countries have developed a declared "brainwashing" policy to fulfill all the service functions required to sustain the country's economy. This article attempted to review what was happening in the world and in Israel.
