THE ORIGIN OF THE CHARACTER OF THE COMMON FISHERIES POLICY: SOME EXCEPTIONAL CASES

Abstract: The main problems which arose from the EU fishing sector regulation does not seem to have been solved by the new Common Fisheries Policy. It even seems to be a consensus among experts as to whether the main focus in the design of that policy is not new but rather continuity with the objectives of the previous stage.
