The main directions of risk management of business development in small town

Abstract: In this paper, we formulate the notion of innovational and entrepreneurial complex, as the basis for economic development of the small town. Innovation and entrepreneurial complex and municipal policy for development of entrepreneurship of small town are revealed in terms of key roles and priorities of the business process.
